Board of Directors.

The REEFolution Foundation’s Board of Directors oversees the organization’s activities and finances and represents multiple disciplines including international development, business, marketing, strategy, marine science, sustainable seafood and alternative livelihoods.

The REEFolution Foundation is a Public Benefit Organization (PBO). Reefolution's board of directors is fully independent and has no material or pecuniary relationship with the organization. Some activities are outsourced and therefore, local community members and other specific tasks are paid for. Our organization spends 90% of its expenditures locally in the developing countries where it operates.
