Grow corals of opportunity that we can replant to speed up the process of reef recovery after destruction events caused by storms, tourism, fishing practices etc... We have over ... pieces of corals growing in our structures.

Bottle reefs

Hard corals (scleractinian) need hard substrate to settle on and be able to thrive. Hard substrate is not always available. Therefore we have been experimenting with the creation of hard substrates for corals made out of used glass bottles. So far ......

Appointment of no-take zones

A no-take zone is an area..... recovery... spill-over...... Together with a local volunteer, we have been able to appoint a no-take zone near Mkwiro, a small village on Wasini Island (Kenya). This is a great achievement because ....
